Shipping times are calculated by business days, excluding weekends, holidays and the day on which order is made.
Products are Safely Packed in bubble envelopes and Tracking number is included for all packages.
If you decide to return product or products, please contact us on Contact page first, so we can assist you ASAP. The package you want to return has to be “like new”, unused, in perfect condition in order to get a refund. The package must be complete, with User guide, cord, certificate and everything so it can be sold to another customer.
You have to contact us in 30 days from the day you received the package, otherwise, we cannot offer you a refund. We do not cover shipping costs, unless you received a product with manufacturer defect. In case you ordered the products with Free Shipping option, you are eligible to get a refund deducted for a shipping cost, if the package is in “like new” condition. When we receive returned package, we will check it immediately.
Depending on the payment option you used to order the products, refund processes should be done in 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you experience any delays in refund process, so we can assist you in shortest possible time.
